How to track your order
Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive an email with your tracking number and a link to follow your package in real time.
Finding your tracking number
You can find your tracking number in several places:
- In the shipping confirmation email sent to your inbox
- In your account dashboard under "My Orders"
- By contacting our support team with your order number
Tracking your package
Click the tracking link in your email or paste your tracking number into the carrier's website. We use the following shipping carriers:
- USPS — Standard domestic orders
- FedEx — Express and priority orders
- DHL — International shipments
Estimated delivery times
Delivery times vary by shipping method and destination:
Standard shipping typically takes 5–7 business days. Express shipping arrives in 2–3 business days.
What if my tracking isn't updating?
Tracking information can take 24–48 hours to update after your order ships. If your tracking hasn't updated after 48 hours, please reach out to our support team and we'll investigate right away.
