Checked promo settings — SAVE20 was set to expire on Feb 25, but customer tried on Feb 26. Need to check with marketing if we can extend or offer alternative.

I found the issue — the SAVE20 code expired yesterday. I've created a new code SAVE20EXT that gives you the same 20% discount. It's valid for the next 48 hours.
